Cancellation Policy

Booking

You can book online, by phone or at the front desk. Online bookings are confirmed by email straight away, and we send a reminder by email and SMS the day before. No referral is needed unless you are claiming through Medicare or DVA.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling the clinic. There is no charge with 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50 per cent of the fee, and missed appointments at the full fee. These fees can’t be claimed from your health fund, Medicare or a scheme. We waive the fee once a year, and always for genuine emergencies.

Running late

Please arrive five minutes early. If you are running late, call us: we will treat you for the time that is left, and the full fee applies, so the next patient isn’t kept waiting.

Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our Fees & Health Funds page and are payable at the end of each appointment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Claim your private health rebate on the spot through HICAPS. Fees are reviewed every July.

Medicare, WorkSafe, TAC and DVA

Please tell us when you book and bring your referral, care plan, card or claim number to your first visit. If a claim is declined or not yet accepted, you are responsible for the fee and can claim it back later.

Patients under 18

Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at every appointment. Patients aged 16 and 17 need a parent or guardian at their first visit.

Your health and consent

Please tell us about your medical history, medications, pregnancy and anything else that could affect your treatment. We explain every treatment before we start and ask for your consent, and you can stop or say no at any time.

Feeling unwell?

If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of an infectious illness, please call us to move your appointment. We won’t charge a cancellation fee.
