How we treat
More than a massage and a sheet of exercises
A real diagnosis
We test strength, movement and nerves, and explain what is going on in plain English, with a model if it helps.
Hands-on when it helps
Joint mobilisation, soft-tissue work, dry needling and taping to settle pain so you can move.
Exercise that fits your life
Three or four exercises you will actually do, sent to your phone with videos, and moved on each visit.

Physio questions
Before you book
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. Physiotherapists are first-contact practitioners, so you can book directly. You only need a GP referral to claim through Medicare or DVA.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem, but most people need between three and six visits, spread further apart as you improve. We will give you an honest estimate at your first visit.
Can I claim on my health fund?
Yes, if your extras cover includes physiotherapy. Swipe your card on our HICAPS terminal and pay only the gap.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts for knee, hip and ankle problems, and a singlet or sports top for shoulders and necks.
Do you do home or hospital visits?
Not at the moment. Our clinic has lift access and a ground-floor entrance, and the treatment tables lower right down for easy transfers.
