What can we help with?
New problem, or first time with us? Choose an initial consultation. Coming back for the same problem? Choose a standard consultation. The calendar shows the next two weeks.

Physio Initial Consultation
Your first visit for a new problem: a full assessment, a clear diagnosis, hands-on treatment and an exercise plan to take home.

Physio Standard Consultation
A follow-up for a problem we are already treating: we check progress, treat and move your program on.

Physio Long Consultation
An hour for more than one area, a complex or long-standing problem, or a detailed rehab session after surgery.

Women’s Health Initial Consultation
A private, unhurried first visit for pregnancy and postnatal care, pelvic floor problems, bladder leaks or pelvic pain.

Women’s Health Follow-Up
A follow-up with Claire to review your progress, adjust your program and keep you moving with confidence.

Sports Injury Assessment
For a fresh injury from training or game day: diagnosis, treatment, taping if you need it, and a plan with a target date to get back.

Return-to-Sport Rehab Session
Gym-based rehab in our training area for ACL, hamstring, ankle and shoulder injuries, with strength and hop testing before you play again.

Running Assessment
Slow-motion video of you running on our treadmill, strength and mobility tests, and a written plan to fix what is causing your pain or slowing you down.

Chiropractic Initial Consultation
A full spinal and posture assessment, a clear explanation of what is going on, and your first treatment if it’s right for you.

Chiropractic Standard Consultation
A follow-up adjustment with soft-tissue and mobility work, and exercises to keep you moving between visits.

Remedial Massage, 30 minutes
Focused work on one area, such as your neck and shoulders, lower back or calves.

Remedial Massage, 45 minutes
Our most popular length: time for two areas, or one stubborn one done properly.

Remedial Massage, 60 minutes
A full hour of deep-tissue work for the back, hips and legs, or wherever you hold it.

Sports Massage, 60 minutes
For heavy training blocks, the week before a race or the days after: flushing, deep work and stretching for the muscles you use most.

Dry Needling Session
A session of dry needling and soft-tissue release from a physio trained in the technique, for tight, painful muscles.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave for long-standing tendon pain: plantar fasciitis, Achilles, patellar and hip tendons, and tennis elbow. Most people need three to five sessions, a week apart.

Clinical Pilates Assessment
Your first Pilates visit: a physio assessment, reformer basics and a program written for your injury and goals.

Clinical Pilates 1:1 Session
A one-on-one reformer session with your physio, moving your program on as you get stronger.
