Finding the clinic

Look for the lime door between the café and the bike shop. The lift is just inside, with stairs alongside.
Parking & transport
Two-hour street parking nearby and a bike rack out front. Richmond station is a six-minute walk, and the tram stops at the corner.

Your health fund card to claim on the spot, and your Medicare, DVA or claim details if they apply.
Paying for your visit
Claim on the spot. Pay only the gap.
Swipe your health fund card on our HICAPS terminal after your appointment. We also see patients under Medicare care plans, WorkSafe, TAC and DVA, and bill the schemes directly.

How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day. Our practitioners are with patients most of the day, so a phone call to the front desk is fastest for anything urgent.
Can I email my scans or referral?
Yes. Email reports, referrals or care plans before your visit and we will add them to your file. Please don’t email detailed medical history; we will go through it with you.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, for any amount, at the front desk or by phone. They are popular for massage, and can be used for any service.
