Clinical Pilates
Strength, control and confidence
One-on-one reformer Pilates run by a physiotherapist, so every exercise is chosen for your body, your injury and your goals. Not a class, and never one-size-fits-all.
Who it suits
Great for rehab, and for what comes after
Back and neck pain
Build the strength and control that keep recurring back and neck pain away.
Pregnancy and postnatal
Safe, supported exercise through pregnancy and a steady return afterwards.
After injury or surgery
A bridge from physio rehab back to the gym, running or sport.

Pilates questions
Good to know
I have never done Pilates. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Most of our clients haven’t. Your assessment covers the basics, and every session is one-on-one.
Can I claim it on my health fund?
Clinical Pilates run by a physiotherapist is usually claimable under physiotherapy on extras cover. Check with your fund for your rebate.
Do you run group classes?
Not at the moment. All our Pilates sessions are one-on-one, so your program can stay focused on you.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted exercise clothes and socks. Grip socks are best, and we have spares at the front desk.
